Cancelling scheduled transfers

Cancelling a scheduled transfer is simple, but timing matters. You need to know how to cancel and what happens at different stages.

Can I modify or reschedule a scheduled transfer?

No. Once a transfer is set up, you can't modify it. If you need to change the date, amount, or recipient:

• Cancel the existing scheduled transfer
• Schedule a new one with updated details

How do I cancel a scheduled transfer?

You can cancel anytime before the scheduled date. The process takes seconds:

• Go to your Transaction History
• Find your scheduled transfer in the Scheduled section
• Open the transfer details
• Select the cancel button
• Confirm the cancellation

When can I cancel?

You can cancel up until the day before your transfer is scheduled. If your transfer is scheduled for September 19th, you can cancel anytime up until 11:59 pm on September 18th. No cancellation fees apply during your cancellation window, and there's no limit on how many scheduled transfers you can cancel.

Once your scheduled date arrives, we lock in your exchange rate, and your scheduled transfer becomes a regular money transfer. If you want to cancel at that point, regular cancellation rules apply
