When will my money transfer and currency exchange limits reset ?

After verifying your RemitBee account, you will have specific daily and monthly sending limits for money transfers and daily limits for currency exchanges. Here’s how they reset:

• Daily Limits: Reset 24 hours after your last transaction.

• Monthly Limits: Reset 30 days after your last transaction.

Example: If you initiate a 100 CAD transaction on May 9th at 6:25 PM, your daily limit will reset on May 10th at 6:25 PM, and your monthly limit will reset on June 8th at 6:25 PM.

Cancelled or Failed Transactions: If a transaction is cancelled or fails, the limits related to that transaction will immediately reset.

You can view your current available limits in the "Sending Limits" tab in your Account Settings.

Need Higher Limits?  If you need to send more than your current limit allows, consider completing a higher verification level. Otherwise, you must wait until your limits reset.
