What is a Recipient's Nickname?

A recipient's nickname is a label you can assign to personalize a recipient's name for easy identification or to manage several accounts for the same person under different currencies or for different countries.

Example: If you have multiple accounts for your father, John Smith, with one in CAD and another in USD, both would typically appear as John Smith. To avoid confusion, you could use nicknames such as "Dad CAD" and "Dad USD."

Managing Nicknames: You can add, change, or remove a nickname anytime through your recipient's details page on the app.
