Viewing and Tracking Your Scheduled Transfers
Your scheduled transfers live in their own section at the top of your Transaction History screen. Finding them and checking their status takes seconds.
Where do I find my scheduled transfers?
All your scheduled transfers appear in a dedicated "Scheduled" section at the top of your Transaction History screen. By default, you'll see your 2 latest scheduled transfers. If you have more than 2, click "Show more" to display the full list.
What information can I see for each scheduled transfer?
Each scheduled transfer shows the details you need:
- Recipient information
- Scheduled date
- Frequency (one-time, weekly, monthly, etc.)
- Estimated amounts
- Transfer status
Your transfer shows as "Scheduled" until the scheduled date arrives. You can filter by status to see only scheduled transfers.
How do recurring transfers appear in my history?
Recurring transfers appear as a single entry in your Scheduled section. After each transfer processes:
- It moves to your regular transaction history
- The next transfer takes its place
- The pattern continues until complete
If you set up monthly payments for 6 months, you'll see 1 entry showing the next upcoming payment. When we lock in your exchange rate, your current payment becomes a regular transfer. The next payment will appear in your Scheduled section.
When do scheduled transfers become regular transactions?
Once your scheduled date arrives and we lock in your exchange rate, your transfer becomes a regular money transfer. At that point:
- It moves out of the Scheduled section
- It appears in your regular transaction history
- It follows standard money transfer statuses (In Progress, Completed, etc.)
