Why does my currency exchange take so long?

Our currency exchange transactions usually take 2-4 business days to complete. Weekends and holidays are not included in this timeline, which can extend the time of completion.

If you are using a manual payment method, it might take an additional 2-3 business days for a new account verification with a micro-deposit. Once your bank account is verified, the regular 2-4 business days timeline applies.

Before you initiate a currency exchange, the "Exchange Overview" page will clearly display the estimated completion date for your transaction. This estimation considers weekends and holidays.

Beyond Estimated Time:
