The Inbox in the Remitbee app is your go-to place for raising and managing escalations. It provides a streamlined way to communicate with our customer support team and keep track of your issues. If you need assistance, use the Inbox to get prompt support.
Managing escalations in your Inbox
The Inbox is designed to help you keep track of all your escalations. Here, you can:
View previous escalations: See all your previously raised escalations and messages from our customer support agents.
Reply to messages: Respond directly to our agents from the Inbox to easily explain the issue that you are facing.
Raise new escalations: Easily create a new escalation to receive support for your specific problem.
Mark issues as resolved: Once your issue is resolved, you can mark your escalation as resolved directly from the Inbox.
How to access your Inbox
Simply go to the “Accounts” menu and select "Inbox" to view and manage your escalations.
