What to do if the recipient didn't receive the funds?
If your recipient didn't receive the funds, please follow these steps:
Check Transaction Status: Log in to your RemitBee account and check the transaction status. Any issues or delays with your transfer will be reflected there.
Allow processing time: If the transaction status is "Completed," please allow one business day for the funds to be reflected in the recipient's bank account. SWIFT payments may take 1-2 business days to appear in the recipient's account.
Contact customer support: If the status is "Completed" and the funds have not appeared in the recipient's account within 1-2 business days, please contact our customer support.

Before reaching out to customer support, please have the following information ready:
Your RemitBee account details
The transaction number
Digital evidence that the recipient didn't receive the funds (e.g., a screenshot or PDF statement confirming no deposit). The statement should include the recipient's name and bank account number.
Once we have all the details, we will escalate the issue to our overseas partner and provide you with an update within 48 hours.
