How to Share the Progress of a Transaction with the Recipient?
Sharing the status of your transaction with the recipient is easy using the RemitBee web portal or mobile app. Follow these steps:
Go to Transaction History:
Open the RemitBee web portal or mobile app.
Navigate to the "Transaction History" page.
Select the Transaction:
- Find the transaction you want to share and click on it.
Share the Transaction Details:
Scroll to the bottom of the transaction details screen.
Click on the "Share with the recipient" button.
Choose a Sharing Option:
Share a Link: This option will copy a link you can share directly with the recipient.
Send an Email: This option will allow you to send the link directly to the recipient via email.
Recipient Views the Status:
The recipient will receive the link. When they follow it, they will be taken to a special web page with live information about the transaction's progress.
