How many transactions can I cancel ?

Per our terms and conditions, you can cancel up to three transactions annually.

You can cancel a transaction from the "Transaction Details" screen by clicking on the red "Cancel" button at the bottom. If the transaction has not been processed yet, the funds will be automatically refunded to you.

Please note: If the transaction has already been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Important Limitations

Cancelling too many transactions can disrupt our service and potentially impact other users. Therefore, it is important to limit cancellations.

• Annual limit: You can cancel up to three transactions per year. Exceeding this limit may lead to restrictions on your RemitBee account.

• Manual review: If you have cancelled more than three transactions in a year, you won't be able to cancel transactions yourself. Instead, you can request a refund by clicking on the "Request Refund" button at the bottom of your "Transaction Details" screen. Afterwards, our team will manually review your request.

We strongly advise you to be certain before initiating a transaction to avoid cancellations and potential account restrictions.
