What should I do if my Bill Payment hasn't been deposited ?

If your Bill Payment to RemitBee hasn't been deposited, here are steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

  1. Allow sufficient time: Bill payments can take one business day to reach us. If you send the payment after your bank's cut-off time, typically 3 PM, it will be processed the next business day. Remember, weekends and holidays can cause additional delays.

  2. Verify the Transaction: Check your online banking to ensure the Bill Payment was sent and funds were deducted from your account. RemitBee does not automatically withdraw funds for transactions.

  3. Contact Customer Support: If your payment still hasn't been deposited and you've checked the above steps, please contact our Customer Support. Have the following information ready:

a. Your RemitBee account details.

b. The date, time, and amount of the Bill Payment.

c. A screenshot from your transaction history confirming the deduction for a bill payment.

This information will help us quickly locate your funds and assist you.
