If you encounter difficulties when paying with a debit card on RemitBee, follow these steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Verify Card Details: Double-check all the card details and try the payment again. 

  2. Confirm Card Type: Ensure you are using a debit card, as our platform does not accept credit cards for money transfer payments.

  3. Check Daily Limit: Most debit cards have a default online purchase limit of 1000 CAD. If your transaction exceeds this amount, this could be the issue. You can verify and adjust this limit through your online banking or by contacting your bank.

  4. CVV Code Protection: Make sure your debit card includes CVV code protection, as we do not accept cards without it.

  5. Alternative Solutions: If the payment still fails, try using a different debit card or contact your bank for support.

Please remember that RemitBee offers multiple payment methods. If your debit card transaction is unsuccessful, consider using another payment method.
