Having issues paying with credit card?

If you encounter difficulties when paying with a credit card on RemitBee, follow these steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Verify card details: Double-check all the card details and try the payment again. 

  2. Check daily limit: Most credit cards have a default online purchase limits. If your already used a card that day and current transaction will put you over that limit - this could be the reason. You can verify and adjust this limit through your online banking or by contacting your bank.

  3. Accepted card type: Please make sure that you're using a credit card issued under your name with a 16-digit number, expiry date and SVV code on the back. We currently accept only Visa and Mastercard. AMEX cards are not accepted.

  4. Alternative solutions: If the payment still fails, try using a different credit card or contact your bank for support.

Please remember that RemitBee offers multiple payment methods. If your credit card transaction is unsuccessful, consider using another payment method.
