What happens to my Promo Code if my transaction fails or is cancelled?

Eligibility: Promotional coupon codes provided by RemitBee are subject to eligibility criteria determined by RemitBee. These codes may not be available to all users and are at RemitBee's discretion.

Redemption: Promotional coupon codes can only be redeemed through the RemitBee platform or app during the specified promotional period. They cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.

Restrictions: Each promotional code may have specific restrictions, including but not limited to limitations on usage frequency, geographical restrictions, and restrictions on the type of transactions eligible for the discount.

Expiry: Promotional coupon codes have expiry dates specified at the time of issuance. After the expiry date, the code will no longer be valid for redemption.

Value: The value of promotional coupon codes is fixed and non-negotiable. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.

Non-transferable: Promotional coupon codes are non-transferable and cannot be sold, bartered, or exchanged. They are intended for use by the recipient only.

Expiry: Once activated, reward amounts will expire within 3 months.

Abuse: RemitBee reserves the right to void any promotional coupon codes or take appropriate action in the event of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms and conditions.

Modification and Termination: RemitBee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional coupon code program at any time without prior notice for any reason.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RemitBee operates.

Acceptance: By using a promotional coupon code provided by RemitBee, users acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
