Referral competition: Terms & Conditions

We frequently host referral competitions where you can earn rewards and prizes for inviting friends and family to join RemitBee. Earn $20 for every referral and get closer to winning exciting prizes. Your referee also gets a welcome bonus of $10 as well. Here’s how you can participate and maximize your chances of winning:

How to Enter

• Refer Friends or Family: Share your unique referral link or code with friends or family members.

• Qualifying Transfers: Encourage your referred friends to send their first qualifying transfer within the specific time frame of the competition (e.g., December 15, 2024 – February 15, 2025).

• Eligibility for Prizes: To be eligible for the prize, you must successfully refer friends who completed their first transaction during the competition period.

• Earn Rewards: You will earn $20 for each successful referral and your referee will earn 10$ bonus upon registration.

• Climb the Leaderboard: Keep referring friends to increase your chances of becoming one of the top 3 referrers and winning additional prizes.

Contest Rules

To qualify for referral bonuses, the following conditions must be met:

• New Customers Only: The person you refer must be a new, unique user who has never had a RemitBee account.

• Minimum Transaction Requirements: The referred customer must either send a minimum of $200 CAD or exchange a minimum of $1,000 CAD cumulatively to qualify.

• Unique Beneficiaries: If the referred customer is transferring money, they must send it to a different beneficiary than the referrer. Transfers to the same recipient will not qualify.

• Welcome Bonus: Referred users will receive a welcome bonus for their first transaction—$10.

Prize Delivery and Timeline

• Winners will be notified via email within 10 business days after the competition ends (by February 25, 2025).
• Prizes will be shipped or delivered within 30 days after winners are confirmed and contact details are verified. If the winner is in the GTA, Ontario, the prize can be directly picked up at the RemitBee office.

What Happens in the Case of a Tie?

• If there is a tie in the number of successful referrals among participants, the winner will be determined based on the total transaction value of their referrals during the competition period.

• If there is still a tie after considering transaction value, a random draw will be conducted among the tied participants to determine the winner.

Right to Change/Terminate Promotion

RemitBee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this referral competition at any time without prior notice if deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or abuse of program rules. Any changes will be communicated via email or our website, and all valid referrals made before such changes will still be honored. By participating in this competition, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined here as well as RemitBee's general Terms of Service.
