I didn’t receive my referral bonus. What should I do?

Before contacting customer support, please ensure that all the necessary criteria for earning a referral bonus have been met:

  1. Referral Link/Code: The person you referred must have signed up using your specific referral link or code.

  2. New Customer: The referee should be a new customer who has never previously used RemitBee.

  3. Transaction Minimums: The referee must have either sent at least 200 CAD or exchanged at least 1000 CAD cumulatively, either across one or multiple transactions.

  4. Unique Beneficiary: The funds must have been sent to a unique beneficiary to whom you have never sent money.

If all these criteria have been satisfied and you still have not received your bonus, please reach out to our customer support for assistance.
