I applied a promo code for my transaction and it failed/cancelled. Would I still get my bonus?

If your money transfer or currency exchange transaction fails or is cancelled after applying a promo code, don't worry. The value of the promo code will be automatically credited to your rewards balance for use on your next transaction.

Example: If you applied a $10 promo code to a $500 transfer that was cancelled, your rewards balance would now reflect the $10. You can view this balance on the Rewards page or during the Transaction Overview.

Please note: Once applied, a promo code cannot be reused, even if the original transaction was unsuccessful.
