Having Trouble Applying a Promo Code?
You can apply promo codes on the RemitBee platform in two places: the Rewards page and during the transaction overview. If your promo code is valid and you meet the eligibility requirements, applying it should be straightforward.
Troubleshooting steps:
Ensure the code is spelled correctly and entered in the right section.
If the code is correct but doesn’t apply, try using a different browser, clear your cache, or use our mobile app. These steps can resolve technical difficulties.
Common reasons for issues:
Expiry and validity: If the code is expired or not valid for your account, you will receive an error message explaining why.
Restrictions: Promo codes cannot be applied to mobile top-ups, international bill payments, and gift card purchases.
Source of the code: Codes found outside of the RemitBee website may not be valid.
