How to verify the Remitbee account?

Verification at RemitBee is essential for confirming your identity and enhancing security. We offer three main levels of verification, allowing you to choose based on your transfer needs.

Level 1 Verification

Sending limits:

• Daily limit: $1,000.00 CAD
• Monthly limit: $3,000.00 CAD

Exchange limits:

• Daily limit: $9,000.00 CAD

Requirements:

• Valid Canadian-issued ID (Driver's License, Passport, Provincial ID, Permanent Resident Card, Nexus Card, Record of Landing, etc.).

Steps:

1. Initiate verification: Sign in, navigate to verification levels, and select Level 1. Click Start.

2. Choose your ID: Select the government ID you'd like to use.

3. Upload ID photos: Upload front and back images of your ID, if required. Option to switch devices for photo taking is available.

4. Face matching: Allow camera access and follow on-screen instructions to match your face with your ID.

5. Update contact information: Confirm, correct, and add any required contact details.

6. Occupation details: Enter your occupation.

7. Completion: Level one verification is now complete.

Level 2 verification

Sending limits:

• Daily limit: $3,000.00 CAD
• Monthly limit: $25,000.00 CAD

Exchange limits:

• Daily limit: $250,000.00 CAD

Requirements:

Proof of address (Utility Bills, Phone Bill, etc.) and proof of bank account (Bank Statement, Loan Statement, Credit Card Statement).

Steps:

1. Upload proof of address: Choose and upload your document.

2. Document review: Our team will review your submission and verify your account within 24 hours

Level 3 Verification

Sending limits:

• Daily limit: $9,000.00 CAD
• Monthly limit: $60,000.00 CAD

Exchange limits:

• Daily limit: $500,000.00 CAD

Steps:

1. Recording: Ensure your device's camera access is enabled and start your verification recording, following the provided instructions.

2. Review and Verification: Our team will review your video within 24 hours for level three verification.

Level 4 Verification

Sending limits:

• Daily limit: $20,000.00 CAD
• Monthly limit: $200,000.00 CAD

Exchange limits:

Daily limit: $500,000.00 CAD

Level 4 involves additional criteria:

• Completion of level 3 verification.
• Account older than three months.
• At least two completed transactions.
• Filling out a short questionnaire.
