How to verify level 1 ?

Level 1 Verification

Daily Limit: $1,000.00 CAD | Monthly Limit: $3,000.00 CAD

Requirements:

Valid Canadian-issued ID (Driver's License, Passport, Provincial ID, Permanent Resident Card, Nexus Card, Record of Landing, etc.).

Steps:

1. Initiate verification: Sign in, navigate to verification levels, and select Level 1, Click 'Start.'

2. Choose your ID: Select the government ID you'd like to use.

3. Upload ID photos: Upload front and back images of your ID, if required. Option to switch devices for photo taking is available.

4. Face matching: Allow camera access and follow on-screen instructions to match your face with your ID.

5. Update contact information: Confirm, correct, and add any required contact details

6. Occupation details: Enter your occupation.

7. Completion: Level one verification is now complete.
