How to send money to EsewaRemit?

  • Choose “Nepal” as the country you will send a transfer to
  • Select “To Pickup” as the receiving method for your recipient
  • Enter your recipient’s name, mobile number, email address, and home address
  • Under the “Bank” options, choose “EsewaRemit” then enter the recipient’s Account number under “Bank account”
  • Enter the amount you wish to send then the select the purpose of your transfer from the options
  • Choose your preferred payment method for the remittance and follow the payment instructions
  • Confirm details and send your money transfer

Your verification level will determine the maximum amount of money you can send from Canada to EsewaRemit. RemitBee features three levels of verification;

  • 1st Level: The first level allows you to send up to 300 CAD per day and 6,000 Canadian dollars (CAD) in a single month.

  • 2nd Level: You can send up to 25,000 CAD in a single month, with a daily cap of 3,000 CAD.

  • 3rd Level: Up to a maximum of 90,000 CAD each month, you can send daily transfers of 9,000 CAD.

By using RemitBee to EsewaRemit, you can send money to Nepal.
RemitBee provides a variety of payment methods for your convenience. Online bill payment, debit cards from Visa and Mastercard, and Interac e-transfer are the other services offered.

You won't incur any transfer fees if you send more than 500 CAD. But be prepared to pay the following fees if you are sending less than 500 CAD:

  • Direct withdrawal (EFT)= 2.99 CAD

  • Interac e-transfer= 2.99 CAD

  • Debit Card= 8.99

  • Online bill payment= 2.99

Once the funds have been sent to your recipient, they can view them on the EsewaRemit app from their end. The transfer can take from a few minutes to one business day.
