What is the process to complete the verification for manual connection?

Step 1: Check for Micro Deposits We will deposit two small amounts (between $0.01 and $0.25) into your bank account. These deposits will appear within 1-3 business days.

Step 2: Complete Verification Once you receive these deposits, return to Remitbee, and enter both deposit amounts in any sequence to verify your account.

Where to Complete the Verification

• Dashboard: A banner will appear on your dashboard. Click on the "Verify" button and follow the steps.

• Payment Preferences Page:

a. Go to your account from the navigation bar.

b. Select "Settings."

c. Navigate to "Payment Preferences."

d. Under the section “Manage Direct Withdrawal (EFT) Bank Accounts,” you will see your bank account details with a badge saying “Manual Verification Pending.” Click on the "Verify" button.

• Transaction Details Page: Go to your transaction, here you will see a message for pending verification. Click on Verify button

On the Verification Page Enter the amounts in the fields. Please note that you can enter the amounts in any sequence. Then tap on the “Verify and Finish” button to complete the verification process.
