What are the payment options available for Currency Exchange?

We offer several convenient and secure payment options to make your currency exchange process as simple as possible:

1) Instant Connection (EFT)

Instant connection via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) allows you to quickly and securely connect your CAD and USD bank accounts. Simply select the bank account you want to use for payment and deposit your exchanged money. This method is very fast and completely secure.

2) Manual Bank Connection

For your convenience, we also support manual bank connections. Enter your bank details for both the payment and deposit accounts. Review the details on the exchange overview screen and proceed with your transaction. To verify your account manually, we will send two micro-deposits to both of your bank accounts. These deposits should appear within 1-3 business days. Once you receive these deposits, go to your Payment Preference Settings and enter the amounts to complete verification. Once both accounts are verified, your currency exchange will be processed and completed shortly.

3) Remitbee Balance

You can also use your Remitbee balance to pay for your transaction, provided you have enough funds to cover the entire amount. Select your deposit bank account or add a new one. There are multiple ways to add funds to your Remitbee balance:

  • E-Transfer: Use your bank's online banking service to send an e-transfer to the designated Remitbee email address provided in the payment instructions.

  • Bill Payment: Set up Remitbee as a payee in your online banking and make a bill payment to add funds to your balance.

  • EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer): Authorize a transfer directly from your bank account to your Remitbee balance.

These options provide flexibility and ease, ensuring your currency exchange experience is smooth and efficient.
