How to connect my bank for Currency Exchange?

Connecting your bank for currency exchange is a breeze. Simply follow the straightforward steps provided based on your chosen connection method: Instant connection (EFT) or manual bank connection.

Instant connection (EFT) steps:

  1. Select payment bank: From the list of banks, select the bank that you are exchanging currency from.

  2. Payment Bank connection: Connect the bank account you want to pay with.

  3. Select payment bank account: Select the bank account that you want to pay with.

  4. Select deposit bank: Select the bank where you want to deposit your currency from the list of banks.

  5. Deposit Bank connection: Connect the bank account you want to deposit your currency in.

  6. Select deposit bank account: Select where you want to deposit the funds.

Manual connection steps:

  1. Enter Payment Bank Details: Carefully enter your bank details, including the bank name, institution number, transit number, and account number. You can either use an already connected bank account or connect a new one.

  2. Enter Deposit Bank Details: Similarly, enter the bank details for deposits, including the bank name, institution number, transit number, and account number. You can choose to use an existing connected bank account or connect a new one.

  3. Wait for Micro Deposits: We will deposit two small amounts (between $0.01 and $0.25) into your bank account. These deposits will appear within 1-3 business days.

  4. Complete Connection: Once you receive these deposits, return to Remitbee, open the transaction details, and enter both deposit amounts in any sequence to verify your account.
