Can I cancel my Currency Exchange transaction?

Yes, you can cancel your currency exchange transaction, but only under certain conditions. Cancellation is possible until we submit the withdrawal request to your bank. Once the request is submitted, the transaction cannot be canceled.

How to cancel your Currency Exchange transaction

1. Access Transaction History:

Go to your "Transaction History" and click on the transaction you wish to cancel.

2. Cancel the Transaction:

   • Scroll to the bottom of the "Transaction Details" screen and click on the "Cancel" button.

   • If you see a "Need Help" button instead of a "Cancel" button, it means that your currency exchange has been processed and cannot be canceled.
