Documents required for other owners and directors

Information required for owners

For businesses with multiple owners who own 25% or more of the company, we require additional information about each of those owners:

• First and last name

• Date of birth (DOB)

• Email

• Full residential address

Information required for directors

If your business has one or multiple directors (excluding yourself), we require the following information and proof of identity for each of them:

• First and last name

• Date of birth (DOB)

• Email

• Full residential address

• Proof of identity (driver's license, passport, PR card, or government ID) in PDF or digital image format

Exceptions

If you are the sole owner and director of the company, or if there are no other owners with 25% or more ownership of the company, we will not require any additional documents or information.
