7-Eleven, Mexico
The first 7-Eleven store in Mexico opened in Monterrey in 1976. Back then it was partnered with the Iconn group and was called Super 7. It had a name change in 1995 and has grown since to operate 1,835 branches across Mexico, all open 24 hours a day for customers’ convenience. 7-Eleven even partnered with Pokemon GO to make many of its locations Pokestops or gyms.
