ICE Currency Exchange is well-known for retail currency exchange worldwide. Outside of Canada, it operates in 19 other countries. It is especially known for its presence in airports, currently more than 65 airports across the world. service over 7 million clients each year. For ICE’s online currency orders, you reserve an amount in advance and pick it up on a date of your choice. However, the exchange rate is not reserved and can change by the time you pick up the currency. The company does say that its Click & Collect service has preferential rates though.

    You can order online, and you do not have to pay until you pick up the currency at the location and date of your choice. You must order at least one business day in advance, and pick up in a maximum of three days.
    ICE will accept cash or debit cards. For their Click & Collect orders, they do not accept credit cards. They also do not accept credit cards for US dollar orders at their non-airport locations. For currencies other than US dollars, there may be a credit card limit.
    Yes, there is a fee charged for every transaction. There is a fee of CAD 9.95 at airport locations and CAD 4.95 at retail locations.
