RemitBee First Transaction Special Exchange Rate Promotion Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

• To be qualified for the Remitbee Special Exchange Rate promotion ("Promotion") you must create an account with RemitBee using a promotional landing page or URL. You must complete your first transaction to receive a Special Exchange Rate.

• This Promotion applies only to new customers who create their first transaction with RemitBee. Promotion is limited to one (1) per customer and can't be combined with any other offers. All existing customers who completed their first transaction are not eligible for this Promotion.

• RemitBee has the authority to restrict the number of individuals from a household qualified for this Promotion. Suppose a customer attempts to misuse this Promotion by using multiple or different identities, registrations, logins, or any other means. In that case, the customer will be disqualified from receiving the Promotion, solely at the discretion of RemitBee. The Promotion will entitle eligible customers to make one (1) transaction to the participating country serviced by RemitBee at the Special Exchange Rate. 

• RemitBee determines participating countries, currencies, promotion period and promotion limits. All these conditions are subject to change.

• During the Promotion Period, if you make a qualifying transfer up to the Promotion Limit, RemitBee will apply a Special Exchange Rate directly to your transfer. This rate is only valid for qualifying transfers that are completed. However, if you send less than the Promotion Limit, you will not receive the Special Exchange Rate on your next transfers. If you send more than the Promotion Limit, the regular exchange rate (non-promotional rate) published on RemitBee's website at the time of the transfer will apply to the amount sent over the Promotion Limit.

• Suppose you send an amount that exceeds the Promotion Limit. In that case, Remitbee will calculate and process the excess amount at the regular exchange rate applicable to the country and currency you selected at the time of the transaction. A transaction is considered "complete" when the funds have been successfully deposited into your recipient's bank account. If the transaction is unsuccessful, the Special Exchange Rate that was available at the time of initiation will not be applied to any future transfers.

• RemitBee reserves the right to change all Exchange Rates rates at its discretion and in accordance with market conditions. The Promotion will be valid for all qualifying transfers to participating countries and participating currencies during the Promotion Period. Currently, the Promotion Period doesn't have defined dates and goes on day by day basis for selected countries and currencies. If a Promotion is available for a customer on a chosen date, it's not guaranteed that it'll be available next calendar date.  This Promotion will only be valid if initiated first-time transaction is funded within three (3) business days. The Promotion is considered void if the customer or RemitBee (according to Terms & Conditions ) cancels the transaction.

• This Promotion is valid for a limited period. RemitBee may stop, pause, or cancel it at any time without notice. If you initiated a qualifying transfer before the Promotion was cancelled, it would still be honoured. RemitBee reserves the right to cancel any transactions that are fraudulent, intended to circumvent promotion rules or non-compliant with RemitBee's Terms and Conditions.

Special Exchange Rate - a special FX rate determined and provided by RemitBee as part of this Promotion. It may vary based on country, currency, date and numerous other factors. 

Promotional limits- is a transaction cap for which the Special Exchange Rate applies. Those limits may vary by country, currency and other factors. Promotional limits are clearly displayed on promotional landing pages and in various places during the transaction process. Ex. If the Promotional limit is CAD 1,000.00 and you're sending CAD 1,500.00, the Special Exchange Rate will apply only to the first $1,000.00; the remaining $500.00 will be calculated based on the regular exchange rate displayed on the RemitBee website for a particular country.

Promotion period - a period of time during which the Special Exchange Rate promotion is active and valid. Currently, the Promotion is running on day by day basis without a set timeline.

Participating countries - receiving countries participating in Promotion. RemitBee could change the list of participating countries without prior notice.

Participating currencies - receiving currencies participating in Promotion. RemitBee could change the list of participating currencies without prior notice. If receiving country has more than one receiving currency available, it's not guaranteed that all currencies will be the subject of Promotion.

New customer - a new user who never had an account with RemitBee before. 

First-time transaction - a first transaction successfully completed by the customer. Currency exchange transactions are also considered; if the customer has already completed a currency exchange transaction, the Special Exchange Rate for money transfer transactions won't be applicable.
