How to delete your RemitBee account

We don't recommend deleting your RemitBee account since you won't be able to access your transaction history, transaction receipts and other details related to your account.

If you still want to delete your account, this could be done directly from the "RemitBee Online Money Transfer & FX" app published by RemitBee Inc. on the IOS App Store or Android Play Store. If you're using the web version of the service, that could be done by reaching out to our customer support at 1-647-689-2323; we are available 24/7.

Here are the step-by-step instructions on how to delete your account from the RemitBee app:

Step 1. Go to the Account Menu and click on "Settings".

Step 2. On the next screen, at the bottom of the menu, you should see a "Delete account" option. Click on it.

Step 3. Read the disclaimer and select a reason for the account deletion.

Step 4. Enter your account password to confirm the action.

Step 5. Your RemitBee account was successfully deleted.

When a user account is deleted, we still need to keep and store some personal and transactional information according to Canadian Government and FINTRAC requirements. More detailed information about what kind of information will be stored and for how long can be found on FINTRAC's official website
