How to deposit funds into your balance?

Step 1: Log in and tap on the CAD balance on the home screen.

Step 2: You’ll see a page displaying your current balance and recent transactions. Click on the green “Deposit” button.

Step 3: Enter the amount you want to deposit into your CAD balance.

Step 4: If your account is not verified, you will be prompted to verify it. Follow the on-screen steps. This is a one-time process.

Step 5: Select one of the deposit methods. Please note that depositing money into your balance is always FREE. However, there is a $2.99 transfer fee for all Money Transfers below $500.00. Please consider that before depositing money into your balance.

You can load your balance using three methods:

E-Transfer:

• Log in to your bank and send funds through Interac E-transfer.

• Speed: 30 minutes

Bill Payment:

• Log in to your bank and set Remitbee as a payee for bill payment. Pay the amount you want to fund your account with.

• Speed: 1-2 business days

EFT:

Allow us to withdraw money from your bank account by logging into your Remitbee account and authorizing the withdrawal.

Step 6: Depending on the deposit method you selected, you will see a screen with payment instructions. Follow them to complete your balance deposit.
