What happens if the recipient's mobile number is no longer in service or has changed?

We highly recommend double-checking the recipient's mobile number and associated information before submitting a mobile top-up transaction to avoid any issues.

If the recipient's mobile number is no longer in service, the top-up will not be completed, and you will not be charged.

However, if the mobile number has been changed but is still active and linked to an account, the top-up will be credited to that account. In this case, we will be unable to refund the transaction. Ensuring the accuracy of recipient information is crucial to ensure a successful mobile top-up experience.
