Best Finance Company Ltd. was established by a group of passionate entrepreneurs and dynamic Non-Resident Nepalese (NRNs) businessmen. The company was incorporated under the Company Act on 8th March 2052 and obtained a license from Nepal Rastra Bank to carry out financial transactions. Its formal operations commenced on 18th October 2052 from Chabahil, Kathmandu. The primary objective of the company is to cater to the financial needs of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). In line with the decision made during the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the approval received from the Office of the Company Registrar on 21st May 2074, the name of the institution was changed from 'General Finance Ltd' to 'Best Finance Company Ltd'. The company officially started operating under the new name on 24th June 2074. Presently, the company has a network of 18 branches.
