Sending money to Mauritius from Canada is now faster. You can use the steps described below to make the transfer.
Download the RemitBee app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to get a free account, or go to our website.
Provide your full name, place of employment, and mailing address. Confirm your email and phone numbers.
Please provide us with the recipient's bank account number and information, but ensure the accounts' names correspond.
Check the transfer amount and exchange rate. Select the preferred delivery method for your recipient.
Before sending any money, you must give the following details to RemitBee:
Include your contact details and the recipient's full name (phone, email, residential address).
Depending on the nation, IBAN, BIC (Business Identifier Code), or SWIFT may be necessary.
The recipient's account number.
Include the reason for the transfer and the desired amount.

You can use RemitBee to send money to your recipient as soon as you are satisfied with our exchange rate.
We will confirm the refund within 1-2 business days of receiving a request for one.
If approved, your money is refunded 1-2 business days after RemitBee grants the refund if you paid with Interac or VISA Debit.
We promptly update your balance after a wallet refund, at which point you can start a new transaction or put the money into your bank account.
The entire refund procedure could take two to four business days.
When you are ready to cancel a transaction, go to the Transaction History tab and choose the desired transaction.
Usually, you have 10 minutes from when you begin the transaction to cancel it. If there is no cancel button, the transaction has already gone through, and you cannot receive a refund. You can file a complaint on the Transaction page if the funds have not reached the intended recipient, and we will look into the situation on your behalf.
Even though the RemitBee app is only accessible to customers with Canadian phone numbers and bank accounts, you can still use it outside Canada.
RemitBee will track down any transfers made outside Canada to ensure no fraud. Only sometimes will we ask for extra information. So, you can still use the app to transmit money safely.
