You can cancel your money transfer by visiting the transaction detail page and clicking the request a refund button. If you cannot see the button, the recipient's account has already received your transfer.
If you cannot cancel it via the homepage, you can still call customer service to find out if it has reached your recipient. If you are successful in having your transfer cancelled, your refund should occur within three to four business days.
You can still use the RemitBee app outside of Canada, even if it is only available to users with Canadian phone numbers and bank accounts.
RemitBee will follow up on any transfers made outside of Canada to ensure no fraud. We only sometimes need additional information. So you can still send money securely using the app.
