Our process when sending money to FMB is not complicated, as highlighted below:
Open a free account by downloading the RemitBee app or their website.
Enter your full name, address, and employment information. Verify your email and phone numbers.
Enter the recipient's account information, including the recipient's account number and the bank's name (First Merchant Bank of Malawi).
Verify if the transfer amount is satisfactory after checking the exchange rate. Confirm that the transaction is complete. Our transfer fees for below $ 500 remain the same despite daily exchange rate fluctuations.

For any money transfers you want to make, RemitBee needs the following information:
The recipient's complete name and postal address.
Name of the recipient's bank account (The recipient's name should match the bank account names).
IBAN, BIC (Business Identifier Code), or SWIFT are necessary, depending on the country.
Your transfer's purpose and the amount of money you're sending.
Your verification level will determine how much money you can send in total. Although we currently have only three levels, we are actively trying to add a fourth. The three levels are listed below.
1st level: You can send up to 50 CAD per day and 500 CAD per month.
2nd Level: Permits monthly transactions of up to 25,000 CAD and daily transactions of up to 3,000 CAD.
3rd level: You can now transfer up to 9,000 CAD per day and 50,000 CAD per month.
Our fourth level will allow higher amounts than those of level three.
