You can, indeed! We partner with several Jamaican banks, including CIBC FCIB Jamaica. Once we verify the transaction, we will transfer your funds to your recipient's bank account.
What is the total amount I can send from Canada to a CIBC FCIB Jamaica account?
The maximum transfer amount on RemitBee depends on the verification level of your account.
You are allowed to send up to 50 CAD daily and 500 CAD monthly with Level 1 verification.
Daily transactions of up to 3,000 CAD and monthly transfers of up to 25,000 CAD are permitted with Level 2 verification.
You can transmit up to 9,000 CAD per day and 50,000 CAD per month with Level 3 verification.
We're working on level 4 verification, allowing for higher daily and monthly transactions. There is no need for additional papers when the verification procedure is finished.
