When you want to cancel a transaction, go to the Transaction History tab and choose the relevant transaction.
Usually, you have 10 minutes from the time the transaction is initiated to cancel it. If there is no cancel button, the transfer has been completed, and you cannot receive a refund.
You can file a complaint from the Transaction page if the funds have not been sent to the intended recipient, and we will look into the situation on your behalf.
Click Your Phone number under Account Details and then Resend Verification. Now look in your mailbox for a Remitbee SMS. To confirm, enter the verification code.
Email verification: Click Resend Verification in the Account Details section. Open a new tab and check your mailbox to see if Remitbee has sent you an email. Click the link, then follow the directions.
