Apart from sending and receiving money at money grams locations and MoneyGram agents, you can also use MoneyGram at the post office. Here are the steps;
Visit a Post Office branch that offers MoneyGram services with your Passport, Valid driving license or national identity card.
Fill in the money order form and hand it over.
Pay with cash or debit card and include the transfer fee in your total amount or pay it separately. A currency exchange rate may also apply.
Contact the recipient and send them the reference number
Track your money using the MoneyGram tracking system
Note-If you are transferring more than $800, you must upload and send the image of your ID.
Get your reference number from the person transferring your money and head to a Post Office branch that offers MoneyGram services with your ID
Fill out the receive form and collect your money
However, if you are receiving more than $800, it is important to upload the images of your ID.
