How long does it take for a refund to get back to me?
Once a refund is requested we will confirm the refund within 1-2 business days.
Once it is confirmed, if you paid with Interac or VISA Debit the money will be returned 1-2 business days after the refund has been issued.
Wallet refunds will reflect your balance immediately at which point you can restart a new transaction or withdraw it into your bank account.
The whole refund process can take between 2 - 4 business days.
