How do I cancel a transaction?

To cancel a transaction, proceed to the ‘Transaction History’ page and click on the transaction you wish to cancel. Typically, you have 10 minutes from when you create the transaction to cancel the transaction. If the cancel button is not available, the transaction is already completed and we cannot issue a refund. If the money has not reached the recipient, then you can create a complaint from the ‘Transaction’ page, and we will investigate the status for you.
