How to add recipient?
There are several options to add a recipient:
Client portal (web version).
From the main menu on the left, go to the “Recipients” page.
Once you’ve entered the page, click a blue “Add a recipient” button.
You should see a new window, where you can start adding your new recipient.
Select recipients’ country, delivery method and click continue.
In the next screen, you need to enter the recipients’ first and last name, contact information and bank details.
Hit save, and your new recipient should be successfully created.
To add a new recipient when you create a new transfer:
Click Send money”, you will see a list of your recipients.
Instead of selecting an existing one, simply click “Add new recipient”.
You’ll go through the process that we described before and will be able to continue your transaction.
To add a new recipient during the send money process.
Click the “Send Money” button in the main dashboard, you’ll be transferred to screen with a list of your recipients.
