How to use Inbox?

Step 1 To access your inbox, click on the Account tab on the top right corner of your Dashboard screen. You’ll easily notice it, since it has your name and drop-down arrow.

Step. 2 Secondary menu should open, and you need to click on the “Inbox” tab.

Step. 3 Inside your Inbox, you can manage your escalations, see a history of all your escalations, as well as create new escalations.

Step 4. To get more information about escalation, click on it. Inside the escalation details, you can see all your messages with our agent and details of escalation. If escalation is still in progress, you can write new messages to the agent, attach documents or Close the escalation if your issue was resolved.
