How do you change to preferred bank?

Sometimes our users have a few different bank accounts with different banks. If you need to pay for your transfers using a different bank account, you can change your preferred bank. There are 2 ways to do so.

Option 1: is to simply change the bank during your money transfer.

Step 1. Initiate new transfer and follow the instructions. Step 2. As soon as you reached the “Select Payment Method” screen, click on your bank icon in the top right corner. Step 3. You will see a screen with all available banks. Click on the preferred bank.

That’s it, you just changed your preferred bank. Note: that the last bank you selected will be set as default until changed for all transactions.

Option 2: Change your preferred bank through account settings

Step 1. Click on the Account tab on the top right corner of your Dashboard screen. You’ll easily notice it since it has your name and a drop-down arrow.

Step 2. The secondary menu should open, and you need to click on the “Settings” tab.

A new box will appear in the middle of the screen. There, you should see 3 main tabs – Notifications, Payment Preferences and Change the Password.

Step 3. Click on Payment preferences.

You should see your bank icon, click “Change” on the right side, and select another bank from the list.

That’s it, you have changed your preferred bank.
