How to send your first money transfer with Remitbee?

After you successfully create your Remitbee account, you can start with your first money transfer. In this article, we’ll guide you through your very first money transfer with Remitbee.

Follow this simple step by step tutorial:

  1. To get started click on the “Send money button” on the dashboard or from the left-side menu.
  2. Select the country you want to send money to;
  3. Enter the amount you would like to transfer and select a receiving method.
  4. Select the purpose of your transfer from the drop-down menu. For example - family expenses, repaying a loan, gifts etc.
  5. Enter your recipient (beneficiary) details.First and Last name, contact details, bank details account number

Note: required information may vary by country of delivery

  1. Since you’re sending money for the first time we will need your information. You only need to complete this step once while setting up your account.

    In this step, we will ask you to provide your First and Last name, date of birth residential address.

  2. Select your industry and occupation. Simply select from available drop-down options and click Continue.

8.Select the Canadian bank you have an account with. (some banks have different payment options available);

  1. Select your payment method.

  2. Enter your payment details or read the instruction for e-transfer/bill payment.(link to e-transfer info)

  3. Review all your transfer details and confirm.

Congratulations, your first transfer was successfully initiated.

  1. Complete Verification Level 2, this step only needs to be completed once during initial set up

  2. Upon successful verification and account funding, your transfer will be automatically released and completed within 1-2 business days.
