This time, Sara from Vancouver shares with us her favorite dish from India - Paneer Masala Recipe.
It is a rich & creamy curry made with paneer(cheese), spices, onions, tomatoes, butter, and cashews. It is one of the most popular dishes in Indian and South Asian restaurants.
In a large non-stick frying pan, heat a bit of oil and fry the paneer until golden. Add the sauce to the paneer and tomato and simmer for 10 minutes.
And that’s it! Transfer paneer butter masala to a serving bowl. Garnish with cream and finely chopped coriander leaves. Serve paneer masala with rice, chapati, paratha, and butter naan. Hopefully, this recipe helps you think of home or has allowed you to try something new!
