What documents are required to renew a Canadian passport

Some documents that must be included along with your application are:

• Information on when your passport was issued, the date it expired and the passport number
• Your most recent passport, if it is still valid unless it is lost
• Two identical passport photos with the name of the photographer, their address and the date the photos were taken on the back of the photos.
